We operate from East Auckland and offer our products through online orders, collection, delivery, markets and selected stockists.

Custom cakes are individually designed and prepared for each customer.

When enquiring about a custom cake, we may ask for information including:

• Cake size

• Flavour

• Design preferences

• Colour preferences

• Reference images

• Collection or delivery requirements

Because custom cakes involve individual preparation and design work, changes may not always be possible once preparation has commenced.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to a confirmed custom cake order.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please contact us before placing your order.

We will provide available ingredient and allergen information to help you make an informed decision.

Our kitchen handles multiple ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that a product is completely free from traces of allergens unless specifically stated.
