Webstore Terms & Conditions:

Before you complete your purchase, double-check that all provided information is accurate. If you notice any mistakes, please reach out to us immediately for correction. The selection of the appropriate delivery date and time is your responsibility during checkout. Your order becomes irrevocable once the payment is finalized.

For items eligible for nationwide delivery, we partner with an external courier service. Currently, we offer NZ Post’s overnight delivery for the North Island and 1-2 day delivery for the South Island. Please note that “overnight” delivery is a guideline, not a guarantee, and delays may occur. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way. We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders after dispatch, and no refunds will be issued for such incidents. It’s your responsibility to manage the risks once the order leaves our facility. Make sure to review the complete product description, which includes all pertinent shipping information and dispatch schedules.

Your order is deemed accepted once it departs from our location. We are not accountable for any subsequent damage or issues after the order has been collected by the courier.

 

​Custom Orders:

  • All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The balance of payment is required to be paid in full 10 days prior to your order being received.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days. If no payment is received within this period, the quote will lapse, and your order will need to be requoted. To accept a quote, a 50% deposit must be received.

Collection Responsibility:

  • Customers accept full responsibility for their order once it has been collected. Any concerns about your order must be raised immediately upon collection. Once your order has been collected, you agree that you are happy with it and accept all responsibility for its transportation. We cannot provide a refund if there is a mishap during transit. We are happy to advise on the best way to transport your order, but it is the customer's responsibility to exercise extreme care when moving and transporting the order.

Product Quality:

  • Our products are classified as perishable and are designed to be consumed within a maximum of one week from collection, unless otherwise stated. We will not provide a refund if you are unhappy with the quality of the product outside of this time frame.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We do not give refunds if orders are cancelled within 10 days of the due date. This is because we are required to order ingredients and create components prior to this time.

Delivery Orders:

  • For delivery orders, we and our partners take no responsibility for damage/loss to orders after they have been delivered. If no one is home to collect your order, best endeavours will be made to contact you, and your order will be left in a safe place.

  • Delivery time is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to change these policies at our discretion and commit to having these published on our website at all times.
